you will find, under the description of every product, a button with the word "order"
that allows you to place the chosen article in a virtual shopping bag WITHOUT
ANY OBLIGATION TO BUY and to continue browsing through the site before completing
your order.You can continue like this for all the products
you intend to order, after which, all you have to do is click on the button
with the word "basket"
in the left hand corner or at the bottom of the catalogue page.

you will find a list of all your chosen items, including the total price (it
does not include postal charges). If you wish you can make all the changes you
desire, such as, eliminate some products or change the quantity. Once
you have made a final decision, you can supply your personal data and the
other information necessary for the consignment.

is compulsory to complete the parts indicated with an asterisk *), indicating

Confirmation of the order
On clicking the SEND ORDER button, your order, with the

Terms of delivery
In the case where one or more of the
requested products is not in store at the time of receiving the order, the
delivery might be delayed by a few days.
However, any delays will be previously notified by e-mail.
THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
Every product on sale in this site is guaranteed by
the Italian Legislative Decree No. 185 of the 22.05.99. You can avail of the right to
withdraw your order by returning the acquired product within 10 (ten) days of
receiving it. Our staff will be happy to assist you in replacing or
substituting the acquired product.

FURTHER INFORMATION REGARDING THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
Online sales can be compared to distance sales and therefore subject to the
Italian Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22.05.99 "Implementation
of the EEC directive No. 97/7/Ce regarding the protection of the consumer in
matters concerning distance contracts". The right to withdraw is available up to 10 (ten) days from the delivery date.
Terms of the right to withdraw. Any customer who
intends to assert his\her right to withdraw an order must send, within 10 (ten)
days of receiving the product, a registered letter with with delivery
notice. The letter
must indicate: the intention to avail of the benefits allowed by the law, the
name of the relative product, the number of the order and the information relative to the
customer's Bank Current Account (Bank name, branch office, A/C No.). Our

Otherwise, the customer can send: a)
a telegram within 10 (ten) days of the delivery date, to the aforementioned
address
b) a fax within 10 (ten) days of the
delivery date to BI.CI. S.r.l. fax No. +39 075 827117 indicating the
same details as in the aforementioned registered letter.
In cases a) and b), the aforementioned
communications - telegram or fax - must be confirmed within 48 hours of their
being transmitted, by sending, to the above address, a registered letter with
delivery notice. In order to be reimbursed, the customer must return the
relative product, by post, to the aforementioned address within 10 (ten) days
of the delivery date.
the product must be returned in perfect order. If it has been
in any way damaged, it will not be possible to substitute it. The customer
must include with the product being returned, the delivery docket that was attached to the package on delivery.
Reimbursement: Within 30
(thirty) days of receiving communication from the customer wishing to assert
his\her right to withdraw, BI.CI. S.r.l. will arrange for the
reimbursement to be made by Bank Draft. The reimbursement will be solely for
the price of the item in question: other costs regarding the consignment and
delivery will not be reimbursed and will be charged to the customer.

PRIVACY
The recording of customer data is
carried out according to and in respect of the Italian Law No.675 of the
31.12.96 with a disposition for the "Protection of the individual and
other subjects regarding the use of personal data". Bearing this in mind,
the personal data of our customers, for which BI.CI. S.r.l. guarantees
the maximum discretion in respect for the aforementioned law, will be used
solely in connection to the purchase of our products.
The customer has the power to assert his/her rights
that are acknowledged in Art.13 of the Law No. 675/1996.
On completing the registration form and accepting the
present conditions, the customer expresses his/her consent regarding the use
and communication of his/her personal data for the aforementioned purpose.
FURTHER INFORMATION REGARDING THE PRIVACY LAW
In conforming with the LAW No.
675 OF 31 DECEMBER 1996 "protection for the individual and other subjects
regarding the use of personal data", BI.CI. S.r.l. acknowledges that
the customer has the right to obtain immediately from the Officer in charge of
Data Management:

the confirmation of whether or not the company holds personal data
pertaining to him/her, even if not already registered, and the communication in
an understandable form of the particulars and origins of the data, and moreover, the
reason and purpose of the data; the request can be repeated, apart
from justified exceptions, within a time interval of not less than ninety days;

the cancellation, the removal of proper names or total restriction
of data held in violation of the law, including that which is not pertinent to
the aims for which the data was collected or subsequently used;

the deferment, the amendment or, whenever
necessary, the up-dating of the data;
-
acknowledgement that the
operations 2) e 3) have been passed on to those to whom the data was sent,
except in the case when this execution becomes impossible or is in disproportion
with respect to the protected right;

to object, either totally or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the use of personal data pertaining to him/her, even if
pertinent to the aim of the collection;

to object, either totally or in part, to the use of personal data
pertaining to him/her, aimed at commercial information, publicity material,
direct sales or market research and to be notified by the Officer in
charge of Data Management, not later than the moment in which the data has been
diffused, of the possibility to assert, free of charge, such a right.
BI.CI. S.r.l. guarantees total
protection of the private information and pledges not to supply the same to any
other outside organization.
Furthermore, we declare that the data is collected with the sole aim of
carrying out arrangements relative to the purchase of our products and will be
electronically dealt with according to the laws currently in force. The submission of data is of an obligatory nature in that it allows customers
access to the services offered by the company. Refusal to complete the
relative forms will automatically cause the annulment of the contract or the
service.
